An award-winning Canadian whisky, and Canada&#8217;s first craft distillery.The infamous Forty Creek website pays homage to its Niagara roots and hopes to give the recognition it deserves. As the fastest-growing player in Canadian whisky, Forty Creek was acquired by Campari Group, the world&#8217;s 6th largest spirit-holding group.
Together we set on a journey to create a premium online brand identity, engaging storytelling, and a frictionless conversion funnel towards generating more online sales (CRO).

We facilitated multiple workshops with the experts at Forty Creek focusing on content strategy and design ideation to align the team on the fine balance between engaging storytelling and fast conversion towards a purchase. 
The careful curation of the experience led to an inspiring journey based on the legacy and unique mastery of the brand with clear entry points to related products mentioned in the narrative.
Another key feature on the site was the ability to book in-person tours of the distillery where enthusiasts can submerge deeper into the Forty Creek difference.

As the leading art gallery in Guelph, Ontario AGG’s mission is to advance the arts globally as a pioneer in exceptional, impactful, and inclusive programming
Our goal was to create an online engagement hub for the art community to explore current exhibitions, artists, competitions, programs, events, support opportunities on desktop and mobile devices.
As an inclusive institution, adherence to AODA accessibility guidelines and clearly stating the land acknowledgement disclaimer were imperative.

A key focus early on in our team workshops was to create a content inventory to be organized into intuitive categories resulting in clear navigation options.
As the institution had a vast amount of archival and permanent assets as well as frequently changing offerings. We had to create clear labels and tags for each piece to avoid confusing our audience.
The right content hierarchy was achieved regarding how the users consume the information presented.
Next step was to follow the user’s journey to provide links between related sections so that our audience would have frictionless navigation and longer engagement around their interests.
During the design direction sessions, we selected clean, bold typography, high contrast between overlapping colours to be more accessible. The use of large negative spaces with subtle UI elements was intentional so that the focus would be on the artwork and the creators.

Toronto-based start-up, TickTrade is a SaaS FX trading software that offers a complete end-to-end transaction and payments solution. Together we made their Bulk FX payments solution flow more concise and intuitive.

During our visual identity design and product design workhops, we had identified that one of the biggest pain points during a bulk FX payment was the lack of ability to quickly scan to understand and address the status of each payment in the batch. 
Another challenge was to provide a clear step-by-step path to completion to ease the user’s anxiety of making a mistake. 
The most critial part of the process was to bring complete clarity and ease of use during the actual FX conversion with time sensitive rates.
At the end of the process user would be presented with a itemized report along with clear reasons and recommendations for remedies if any payment did not go through.

Based on the user journey we had captured during our design sprint workshops we we re able to craft a truly intuitive dispatcher experience which seamlessly into their day to day tasks.
The key was to only show what is necessary when it’s necessary with as few clicks as possible
Some the key info presented included:

<li>Key stops to make</li>
<li>Due time &#038; current status of delivery</li>
<li>Real time vehicle locations</li>
<li>Prioritized alerts and notification</li>
<li>Multiple dispatcher collaboration mode</li>
</ul>
We based the design on Google’s Material Design Principles to ensure optimal usability and accessibility for an audience who is familiar with Android interaction conventions.

AMJ&#8217;s initial website presented us with a few opportunities:
A Dated Design: The existing design didn&#8217;t mirror the brand&#8217;s esteemed reputation in the moving industry.
Elevated Bounce Rates: This was a clear indication that potential leads weren&#8217;t connecting with the content.
Lagging SEO Performance: The site&#8217;s SEO rankings and speed had considerable room for improvement.
Accessibility Concerns: We needed to ensure the site complied with WCAG accessibility guidelines.
Understanding the Brand Essence
Before diving into the technicalities, we took a step back to truly understand AMJ&#8217;s brand essence. What did they stand for? What were their core values? And most importantly, what did they envision for their digital future? This deep dive wasn&#8217;t just about addressing the challenges but about preempting future ones and setting AMJ on a path of sustained digital excellence.

Crafting a Tailored Strategy
Drawing upon our extensive experience, we devised a three-pronged strategy to address these challenges:
Design System Revamp: Our creative team was driven by the vision to craft a unified and contemporary design system. We wanted AMJ&#8217;s digital presence to reflect its brand, resonating deeply with its target demographic.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): We recognized the pivotal role of converting casual visitors into loyal customers. By implementing cutting-edge CRO techniques, we aimed to drastically reduce bounce rates and funnel more qualified leads.
SEO and Site Speed Enhancement: Collaborating closely with our trusted digital marketing team, we undertook a comprehensive overhaul of the site&#8217;s SEO approach, content, and paid advertising campaigns. Furthermore, we fine-tuned the site for optimal speed and accessibility, ensuring users enjoyed a fluid and intuitive experience.
Incorporating Innovative User-Centric Features
In the digital world, personalization is key. Every user has their own unique needs and preferences. Recognizing this, we ensured that AMJ&#8217;s website wasn&#8217;t just functional but also deeply personalized. Every feature was designed with the end user in mind, from tailored moving tips based on user preferences to predictive package tracking alerts. 
Beyond merely updating the site, we incorporated distinctive features to give AMJ a competitive edge and foster a direct connection with their customers:
Intuitive Lead Capture Form: We integrated a state-of-the-art, user-centric form that effortlessly captures leads. This innovation ensures that AMJ&#8217;s potential clients can easily communicate their needs.
Insightful Moving Tips: Understanding the complexities of relocation, we enriched the website with invaluable moving advice. This solidifies AMJ&#8217;s position as an industry thought leader and acts as a magnet, pulling users to the site through SEO and paid advertisements.
Real-Time Package Tracking: To bolster user trust and foster transparency, we introduced a feature allowing clients to monitor their packages in real-time, offering unparalleled convenience and peace of mind.

It’s no secret that E-commerce is huge and getting products to customers quickly is the cost of entry. Encore&#8217;s state-of-the-art logistics schedules deliveries, keeps customers informed, delivers and tracks receipts with ease. 
With 3 million sq. ft of warehousing, Encore handles First Mile, Middle Mile and Final Mile deliveries in large urban areas and small rural outposts across the country.
Our role was to design and develop Encore’s new online presence including:
<ul>
<li>Design of the new logo and the visual identity establishing the brand tone.</li>
<li>Intuitively communicate different service offerings.</li>
<li>Generate online B2B leads.</li>
<li>Improve SEO rankings and site speed while making sure the site adheres to Level AA accessibility standards.</li>

In a sea of newly emerging delivery companies it was imperative that our design system brought forward the identity of Encore, 
<ul>
<li>Modern, efficient, tech driven </li>
<li>Reliable &#038; experienced, powered by AMJ Campbell’s giant fleet and years of experience in logistics</li>
</ul>
Our ideation workshops generated solutions towards making the user’s journey as frictionless as possible, and increasing lead generation. A few of those ideas included:

<li>Availability check tool by postal code, which guides users to the right point of contact and showcases the vast reach of the Encore delivery fleet</li>
<li>Step-by-step onboarding for new B2B clients, bringing complete transparency and peace-of-mind to the process.</li>
<li>Adhere to WCAG Level AA accessibility guidelines in order to be inclusive and reach a wider audience.</li>
